We invite new NDIS participants to join us for an information session on the NDIS
and how the SSI LAC program can support you.
The session will provide information on:
• How to access the NDIS
• How the NDIS can support you in achieving your goals
• How SSI’s LAC program can support you with your NDIS plan
The session will be delivered online. The link will be sent to the email address you provide
when you register.
Please register 2 days prior to the session.
