    gender equality sessions to your client groups?

    If yes, then this training is for you!

    Arab Council Australia is offering free training for community-based

    professionals who work with women and men of Arabic speaking background

    in the delivery of the Musawat: Gender Equality Program. The short

    intensive course will build foundational skills, tools, and knowledge as well as

    provide practical guidance on facilitating the program to community groups.

    Developed by Arab Council Australia as part of the From the Ground Up to Equality

    project, the Musawat: Gender Equality Program was informed by the outcomes

    of community codesign workshops and existing research of gender equality training.

    The training will be delivered over three sessions by Yassmen Yahya (Project

    Manager) and Hana Moukahal (Project Coordinator).

    Sessions dates and times:

    Tuesday 6 April 2021, 11:00am-2:00pm

    Tuesday 13 April 2021, 11:00am-2:00pm

    Tuesday 27 April 2021, 11:00am-2:00pm

    On successful completion of the training you will receive the full

    Musawat: Gender Equality Kit and you will be accredited to deliver

    the program in the community

    Morning tea and lunch will be provided
