    • Understanding Protocols: Language and challenging stereotypes
    • Impact of Colonisation: Intergenerational trauma, dispossession, kinship, and resilience
    • Building Empathy: Listening to the lived experiences and perspectives of Elders & older Aboriginal people
    • Working Respectfully: Building trust and rapport
    • Aged Care Accessibility: Strategies for making services more accessible for Aboriginal families and communities
    • Practical Application: Applying learning to case scenarios
