Amana Community Services provides specialised and customised aged and disability care for people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, particularly those who require Arabic-speaking workers. Our services are not limited to any specific group, and we offer support to anyone navigating NDIS or aged care services.
Currently at Amana Community Services we have vacancy for Support Coordination and I can work closely with NDIS participants to tailor a mix of supports that will help increase their capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and become more included in their community.
As a Support Coordinator I will work alongside NDIS participants, developing strategies to manage services, foster independence, and connect with the right resources. Together, I will ensure that the support plan is personalised to fit their unique needs.
