Navigating the maze of misinformation, technology, and hate can be overwhelming.
Empower yourself with the tools to identify and tackle racist, hateful, and divisive misinformation. By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Recognize and address hateful and divisive narratives
  • Understand the link between misinformation, racism, and other forms of hate
  • Confidently tackle controversial issues
  • Learn practical racial and intersectional literacy strategies to unpack conspiracy theories and fake news

Program Details
For: Community workers working in the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA only
Format: Interactive training delivered by expert facilitators from All Together Now
Duration: 5-hour training program (including breaks)
Take-home Resources: Workbook, practical toolkits, and activities (micro-lessons)
Learning Environment: Safe space to share experiences and concerns with peers and ATN experts
