NSF Bankstown Pathways to Business Administration and Customer Service, Semester 1B 2026 (1)
This is a friendly reminder regarding the upcoming enrolment session for the AMEP Pathways to Business Administration and Customer Service course at Navitas Skilled Futures Bankstown.
Enrolment details:
Date: Wednesday, 11 March 2026
Time: 2:30 PM
Location: Navitas Skilled Futures, 2 Jacob Street, Bankstown NSW 2200 – Classroom 1.04
Please kindly remind your eligible clients who are interested in joining the program to attend the enrolment session at the above date and time.
The course is suitable for AMEP students who would like to develop workplace English, digital skills, and customer service or office administration skills, with opportunities for work placement.
Note: Enrolment sessions can be held online or at the course location. No childcare facilities are provided during enrolment sessions.
The Pathways to Business Administration and Customer Service course includes a work experience placement.
Course dates: 20 April – 26 June 2026
Work experience: 60 hours
Students will be learning at least one unit out of following subjects:
- BSBPEF101 – Plan and prepare for work readiness,
or
- BSBOPS101 – Use business resources
Eligibility: Students must have attended the AMEP program within the last 12 months and be at English Level 2 or above.
Additional information: Students are required to travel to their work experience placement.
