Wellways educational workshop on mental health and services for mental health
For community members in the Canterbury Bankstown LGA who would like to learn about mental health.
A Wellways facilitator will cover the following topics:
- What is mental health
- what are the barriers to good mental health
- Available mental health services and how to access them
- Available Wellways services: Disability, Housing, Carer services and mental health services.
