This course will provide the fundamentals about documentation
with an emphasis on its application during the COVID-19
pandemic.
• Purpose of documentation and client notes
• Conventions in documentation and note taking (do’s and
dont’s)
• Identifying what to document
Target Audience:
All staff and volunteers working in aged care services including
in-home including Team leaders, Co-ordinators, field staff and
volunteers
