Course Description:
Lorraine provides training and consultancy services to the aged
care sector across Australia. She has delivered multiple seminars
and training sessions to providers for the last 10 years. She is a
vibrant presenter and ensures all training is practical and able to be
transferred into practice.
Lorraine has managed community services for over 12years at an
operational and senior level and has a clear understanding of the
issues relating to business management in the community sector.
Lorraine has post graduate qualifications in management and
education and is an experienced trainer and facilitator.
Lorraine was a former Nurse Advisor to the Department of Social
Services and Health Minister Nominee Board Member of the NSW
Medical Council.
Lorraine has an excellent reputation within the sector and uses these
skills to support clients in a variety of projects.
Lorraine has worked with the local, state and federal governments in
the past providing timely and reliable services, meeting all milestones
and deliverables.
Jeremy McAuliffe will co-present. Jeremy is an experienced Home
Care manager having worked at an executive level for several large
Not for Profit organisation in Victoria. Jeremy is a current Board
Member of two NFP and has worked closely with the Department of
Health regarding aged care reforms. Jeremy has been working with
LPA since May 2019.

Overview
It is now widely understood that the ramifications with COVID-19 cannot
be underestimated by providers. The training will be developed in line
with recommendations from the Department of Health regarding CHSP/
HCP services during COVID-19.
This Webinar will provide your CHSP providers with guidance about:
1. Contractual obligations for CHSP - what information is needed to be
monitored closely during COVID-19
2. What are some ways providers can manage service provision during
COVID-19
2. How to assess risks with service provision – when should services
stop.
