  • As part of this November’s Community Safety Month, Council has arranged a FREE online presentation to help older residents of Canterbury-Bankstown connect online. The presentation will be delivered by the eSafety Commissioner on Thursday 5 November, 10-11am.

     While COVID-19 has made it necessary to physically isolate yourself from others at times, it's vital we all get in touch and stay in touch with our friends and family.

    In this presentation, learn how you can easily make video calls, send instant messages and share precious photos using your mobile or computer. Get the hang of writing and sharing online updates with those closest to you, and keep connected.. Being in touch with loved ones will help you to stay socially connected and feel less isolated.

    Join our 1-hour webinar to learn:

    ·        How to set up for video calling;

    ·        How to use Skype;

    ·        How to use WhatsApp; and

    ·        How to use FaceTime.
